Prof. Dr. Stefan Brunthaler
A brief history of life...
I was born in February 1955 in Berlin / Germany. My father Klaus-Michael was a dentist, and my teeth were perfect until he sold his business to a younger colleague - but thats another story. My mother Ruth was a dentist as well and worked together with my father.
The german education system did not have many problems with me, so I went to school and studied machine engineering afterwards at the Berlin Technical University. At the age of 30 I left the TU with a Dr.-Ing. title (Ph.D.) an founded my own IT business in Berlin.
Meanwhile I also work at the University for Applied Sciences at Wildau (near Berlin) at the engineering departement.
